Timber Panelized Approach Supports Flexible Housing Solutions

This cabin series is the result of several clients requesting a small living space to spend time with their families in the wilderness. Developed to be modular the cabin can be adapted to many sizes based on adjusting at 3.5 foot increments using a standard opaque or glazed panel.

A built in stair/seating/storage system anchors the main floor plan with a loft space.

The panels are a unique Nail Laminated Timber system utilizing the groundbreaking LignoLoc wooden nail, making for a glue and steel free all timber structural and finish wall (LNLT) in one step. Exterior insulation is added using the PHPP energy model to optimize the performance for just about any climate condition.

The system is suitable for rural or urban locations pending local laws and site constraints.

Please inquire for details on schedule and pricing.
